We celebrated Kylan's Birthday twice this year. A few weeks ago in October, we drove to Park City for the weekend where Chris parent's joined us. On Saturday October 22nd, we drove to the Heber Railroad and took the boys on their pumpkin patch ride. Kylan wanted to go on a train ride and this ride included the boys picking out a pumpkin and having hot chocolate and a cookie on the train. The boys were so excited. They especially loved that Grandma and Papa joined us as well.
Kylan's Birthday fell on a Wednesday. On the way home from school, Kylan was able to pick out a movie. The boys have been wanting to see Cars 2. So that is what Kylan picked out and the boys watched after we got home. We had a family dinner with Kylan's favorites - pizza and rootbeer. He was so excited for us to bring his cake out. He has been asking for a Thomas cake for his Birthday for months. He took 2 breathes to get all 3 candles out.
After the boys ate what they wanted of the cake, Kylan opened his gifts. He received Finn McMissle (Cars 2 car) from us. A train piggy bank with 50 cents, binoculars, and money from Grandma and Papa and Bday money from Grandma Jensen and Grandma Elsie.
